You are welcome to send an item back for a return. Please send back the item with your original order number and your details to

For the return to be processed please ensure the item is returned in new condition with all packaging and tags attached. Performance Bicycle does not offer exchanges, if you would like to swap an item, please place a new order, and send the original product back for a refund.
PLEASE NOTE
- Registered Post – All items returned to Performance Bicycle are at the risk of the sender and we would highly recommend sending all items back via registered post.
- Return items in original condition – include all product tags, labels & original packaging ready for resale.
- Items must be sent back in a postage box or bag – Do not attach address labels directly to the product box.
- If the item is not returned in original sale condition Performance Bicycle can refuse to accept the return or charge a restocking fee.
- Please return items within 30 days of purchase.
- Performance Bicycle will process all returns within 2 working days of receiving the returned goods. Original freight charge will not be credited.
- Performance Bicycle does not process exchanges. Our returns team will refund your order on arrival. If you would like a different size or replacement product please place a new order on the website.
- Clearance Items – Please choose carefully as refunds or exchanges are not allowed on items for change of mind where the product is not faulty.
Can you change my order before shipping?
We try and work as efficiently as possible. As soon as your order is placed it is sent to be picked and shipped. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to make any changes. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you would like to send any items back for return, please follow the instructions above.
Has my order been shipped?
Performance Bicycle strives to ship all orders within 24 hours (business days). You will receive an email with the tracking number once this occurs. Please check your spam/junk folders. During sale periods there can sometimes be shipping delays up to 24 hours, we are working to ship your order as soon as possible at this time. Some oversized items such as complete bicycles and bike racks may take 1-2 days to ship.
How long will it take to get my order?

If after the estimated time your order has not arrived (noting any additional updates from the provided by Australia Post during COVID-19), or you are concerned about it’s progress, we suggest that you contact the freight provider first. They are best placed to track your parcel down and get it to you as soon as possible. However if you don’t have any luck with them, then you can contact us and we’ll try to get it sorted out.

How will my bicycle be shipped?
All bikes are delivered unbuilt and boxed. Bicycles will need to be assembled.

We strive to ship orders as soon as possible. Sometimes, on larger orders, items can be split up and shipped separately. You will receive two tracking numbers to your email address in this instance and will be able to track each package separately. Please check your spam/junk folders. Why are prices in your store different from those quoted on your website?
Our retail store outlet allows you the opportunity to physically handle and test sizes of our products before making your purchase. Unfortunately, because of this, our retail store incurs costs that are not a part of our online business. These costs include stocking of the shelves, handling and displaying the product in store, as well as the cost of professionally trained staff who will provide you with the best expert advice for all your cycling needs. For this reason, our online store prices may be cheaper than those at our physical retail shop outlet.
Is this item in stock?
The simple answer to this question is YES! If an item is showing in stock, it means it should be available (on rare occasions our stock may be wrong as we are also an actual bike shop unlike other online sellers). We only sell items that are In Stock and do not do drop shipping, which means what you order will be shipped to you quickly. If you cannot find an item on the website please don’t hesitate to contact us and ask if we can order it for you.

We will always endeavour to reply as soon as possible, however, our office hours are between 9am – 5pm weekdays AEST. You can alternately use the contact form on the bottom of this page as well.
How much do you charge for shipping?
After you add your items to the cart please visit the cart and update your state and postcode details. Once this has been updated the webpage will provide you with the shipping costs.
Some items may not be available for shipping due to restrictions by suppliers or it may be a showroom item assembled.

Do you sell online only?
We are both an online and physical retail store. Our physical store is located in the Southeast suburbs of Melbourne at Showroom 3, 500 South Gippsland Hwy, Lynbrook, Vic, 3975.
Are my order details secure?
Yes, your personal and order information is secure when ordering with Performance Bicycle Online. performancebicycle.com.au uses a secure, encrypted shopping cart to ensure all your personal and banking details are kept safe. Our systems don’t store your full banking information.
