LIABILITY

Performance Bicycle Pty Ltd does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website. Performance Bicycle Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time giving fair reason (eg. not for personal use, technical error, fraudulent activity etc.). We will make all reasonable effort to contact the purchaser on the details provided with the order and all monies received will be refunded using the original payment method.

 

CURRENCY USED

The nominated currency used for all transactions on www.performancebicycle.com.au is Australian Dollars (AUD$) and includes a 10% GST (Australian Goods and Service Tax). This is applicable to all orders containing an Australian address.

  

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders will be dispatched within two business days.
Shipping is usually within 2-7 days for Metro areas and up to 9 days in non-metro areas.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
A signature is required upon delivery so please ensure you provide an address where someone is there to sign. If you would like to authorise for your order to be left at your door or in your mailbox please specify in the delivery instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: If you elect for your parcel to be left at your premises we cannot be responsible if the parcel goes missing.
For delivery time estimate please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Parcel Post Service. Our distribution centre postcode is 3975. Please allow an additional 2 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Please note, during sale periods and peak periods, dispatch of orders and delivery time may be delayed. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing. If there is a longer than expected wait for your delivery please contact hello@performancebicycle.com.au.
Whilst we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally some products may not be available at time of processing. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via phone or e-mail.
We currently do not offer international shipping.

Free Click and Collect from Store
You can order products on our website and collect them from any Performance Bicycle Location.
Place your order online and select Click and Collect as your shipping method. Then select the store you would like to pick up your order from.
We’ll send you an SMS when your order’s ready to collect.
To collect your order, you must bring your order confirmation email, valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and your credit card used for the transaction to the store.
Please allow 24 hours for Click & Collect orders to be ready for collection.

Returns & Exchanges

In-store Purchases and Click & Collect Orders
For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.

Online Purchases
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.performancebicycle.com.au. For returns & exchanges of purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect please return them to your point of purchase or collection.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn, unused and free of any marks or damage and with all original tags attached unless the item is faulty.
We do not accept returns on sale or discounted items unless the item is faulty.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To request a return or exchange please email hello@performancebicycle.com.au and include the following information:
· Your original sales order number.
· Which items you wish to return or exchange
· Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange or a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS to receive request reply.
Returns that have not been authorised will NOT be accepted.
Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Performance Bicycle will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.

Faulty Items

For all faulty items purchased via www.performancebicycle.com.au please email us at hello@performancebicycle.com.au to organise warranty on your item.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Performance Bicycle Pty Ltd, as soon as possible. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.

 

GIFT CARDS

Performance Bicycle Gift Cards are available for purchase on www.performancebicycle.com.au in a digital form (emailed to the recipient on order) or Physical form (posted to a delivery address as specified). Performance Bicycle gift cards are valid for use in Australia in both Performance Bicycle owned retail stores or www.performancebicycle.com.au . Performance Bicycle gift cards cannot be redeemed at portable Performance Bicycle events, including warehouse sales. Gift Cards are treated by Performance Bicycle as a financial instrument for payment for goods and services and operate on a deposit/withdrawal system as per industry standard practices. This means that Performance Bicycle Gift Cards are provided as a free service to customers and do not contribute toward the calculation of shipping costs or discounts. Performance Bicycle Gift Cards are not considered as goods or services with a retail price and therefore: -They do not include GST; -They cannot be discounted and are not subject to any discounts. Gift cards issued or received as a gift for consumers will have a 3 year expiry date. The 3 year expiry date does not apply to marketing gift cards, donations or card issued prior to March 31st 2018. Gift Card purchase amounts are not pre-defined and as the customer you are entitled to choose the amount you wish to spend. Amounts deposited on to a Performance Bicycle gift card in Australia are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and can only be redeemed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Performance Bicycle cannot accept cancellations on Gift Cards once payment has been processed. Gift Cards are not refundable (in part or in full or amount paid) or redeemable for cash.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that an item(s) is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Performance Bicycle reserves the right to withdraw that item(s) from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders. Performance Bicycle will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
