The Super B pre set torque wrench is set to 5Nm – one of the most common setting for stems and other general bolts. If in doubt – check your manufacturer specifications or what is printed on the parts.

Make sure those bolts are done up the right amount so they don’t work loose or strip out. No, you can’t just ‘do it by feel’ anymore. Parts are lighter with tighter tolerances and less fat in designs. If you have a good bike, treat it right.
